No. Accounts exist only for sync and sharing and are also free.

Fully. After the first visit the app, boards, and voices work offline. See Offline.

You do. Export any board as a standard .obz file at any time; the format is an open standard other AAC apps can read.

Boards can be built in any language. Voice coverage depends on the device’s system voices plus the downloadable neural voices.
