Dwell

You point with a head mouse, a joystick, or a tracker that moves the pointer, and pressing a button is the hard part. With Setup → Access → Dwell, resting the pointer on a cell selects it after a hold; no click needed. Selecting Dwell (or Head / gaze, which builds on it) reveals the timing options: a Dwell time slider and a Show pointer toggle.
